Volleyball Forces Five Sets Against Prattville.
PRATTVILLE, Ala. - Wetumpka Volleyball battled hard against Prattville on Tuesday night, forcing a fifth set in the loss.
The Prattville Lions got off to a quick start in the match, winning the first two sets by a margin of just two. The Lions won the first set 26-24 and the second 29-27.
The Indians began to rally, and won the third set 25-22.
Their rally continued into the fourth set, which saw Wetumpka score another win, this time with a score of 25-21.
In the winner-take-all fifth set, the Indians fell 15-6.
The team's record moves to 1-4 on the season as head coach Brooke Watson and the Indians host Montgomery Academy at home on Thursday, Aug. 28.
