Track & Field Set to Host River Region Invitational

WETUMPKA, Ala. - Wetumpka Indians Track & Field will host its first home meet of the season this Saturday at the Wetumpka Sports Complex.
The Indians enter the River Region Invitational following a girl's first place and boy's third place finish at the Stanhope Elmore Sprint Relays. The Indians also competed at Lion's Den Invite in Oxford, Alabama.
The meet will begin at 9 a.m. It is the first of two home meets scheduled for this season, with the Water Under the Bridge Invitational set to serve as Senior Day on April 11.
