Chris Robinson Named FCB Athlete of the Week for Nov. 24

WETUMPKA, Ala. - Senior Men's Basketball guard Chris Robinson has been selected as the First Community Bank Athlete of the Week for Nov. 24.
Robinson's selection comes off a week where varsity basketball played three games, going 2-1 in that stretch.
Robinson had an impressive performance in each game, hitting double figure point totals in all three matches.
In the 68-63 loss to Prattville on Tuesday, Robinson finished with 19 points, 8 rebounds, 8 steals, and two steals.
The Indians and Robinson bounced back against River Region foe Elmore County on Thursday, getting the win 73-50.
Robinson tallied a double-double against the Panthers, scoring 15 and adding 11 assists. He added another 8 rebounds and three steals.
Against Brewbaker Tech, Robinson helped the squad win back-to-back games in a gritty 63-61 win over the Rams.
Robinson was one assist shy of a triple-double, finishing the night with an impressive box score of 19 points, 11 rebounds, 9 assists, 2 steals, and a block.
Robinson and the Indians are in action early this week ahead of thanksgiving as they compete in the Pelham Turkey Tipoff Tournament.
